About the role:

We are in search of a seasoned Senior Media Buyer to spearhead our dynamic team of media buyers.

The ideal candidate will not only possess extensive experience in media buying across platforms like Facebook & Instagram but will also have an extensive understanding of the funnel and acquisition process.

This role requires a proactive individual who can lead and coordinate our team to ensure optimal results.

They will be responsible for building efficient systems to manage multiple clients and communicate directly with them, both in written messages and video calls.

Things we're looking for:

👉 Proven experience in media buying, especially on Facebook & Instagram.

👉 Extensive understanding of the funnel and acquisition process.

👉 Demonstrated ability to develop and implement systems for tracking performance and managing clients.

👉 Strong communication skills, with the ability to report directly to clients and address their concerns.

👉 A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.

👉 Strong sense of personal accountability, taking ownership of all aspects of their domain.

Responsiblities

1. Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage our team of media buyers, ensuring they meet their individual and collective goals.

2. System Development: Innovate and implement new systems to streamline tracking performance, making it more efficient and user-friendly.

3. Client Onboarding: Seamlessly integrate new clients, ensuring they are familiar with our processes and are set up for success.

4. Client Communication: Regularly report to clients, providing updates on performance, addressing any questions, and resolving any issues that may arise.

5. Client Relations: Conduct check-in calls to maintain strong relationships, gather feedback, and ensure client satisfaction.
